Any one here every fly a high power rocket ?
I have !
My largest was a I-134 single use engine in a LOC LOC IV rocket.
It NEVER came down!!
36 Inch parachute --- almost no wind and 5 minutes later we could still see the
chut - it just never got larger.
I think it ended up in Canada ---- Launched on Lansing.
I you think this is BS ask Don @ Commonwealth

they get caught in up drafts and drift for miles. longest walki had was about 5 km
